You can subscribe to specific categories or search terms.

Gmail
Password protected.
Google Blog Search
Google Finance
You can subscribe to specific stock symbols / companies.
Google Groups
You can subscribe to individual groups.
Google News
You can subscribe to specific categories or all of Google News.
You must enable RSS feeds for your account, but it’s not password protected.

Slashdot
Stack Overflow
You can subscribe to specific tags.
Password protected.
Wikipedia
Not practical to subscribe to this one. Heaviest traffic feed we’ve found. Multiple items per second. Crazy!
Wired

Comics!
Yelp
You can subscribe to specific cities. Great way to find new restaurants in your area.
